Don't feel ready? Here's the thing...

Read this before you talk yourself out of your fertility breakthrough.

The most common thing I’ve heard this week is some version of:

“I really want this… but I’m not ready yet.”
or
“I know this is what my body needs… but the timing doesn’t feel perfect.”

And I get it! When you’re navigating hormones, symptoms, emotions, and the heartbreak of month-to-month uncertainty, it’s easy to convince yourself that the “right time” is somewhere in the future. Do I really need fertility support now? Should we just keep trying for a few more months??

But here’s what I want you to consider:

The women who get pregnant aren’t the ones who wait for perfect timing.
They’re the ones who choose to step in before they feel fully ready, because they know that waiting rarely creates change...action does.

And honestly?

I don’t think the “right time” is after the promotional rate is gone, after the Evvy test bonus disappears, and after the price increases on Tuesday.

But that’s just me.

Here’s the truth:
Every woman I’ve worked with began before she felt ready.
They joined with symptoms they were still confused about, cycles that didn’t make sense, fears about whether their body could conceive, and doubts about whether they’d “stick to” the plan.

Here's what I've learned after working with hundreds of women: Ready isn't a feeling. It's a decision.

But once they said yes, clarity replaced confusion, their cycles began to make sense, their nervous system finally softened, and their body had the support it needed to move toward conception.

Reclamation was built for this exact moment.
the moment when you feel both unsure and deeply aware that something needs to shift.
That intuitive flicker is your turning point. If you're ready this email right, you most likely know what you're body needs.

What if “not ready” is just the sensation of standing on the edge of a breakthrough?

We are 2 days away away from closing this Black Friday window.

By this time next year, the women who have signed up for calls could be pregnant.
And so could you.
Don’t let fear of not being ready keep you in the exact same place another year from now.

With you,
Maddie

Why hormone work IS fertility work Hi Reader We need to clear this up... The idea that "fertility work" and "hormone work" are two different things, and that fertility work only starts once you're actively trying to conceive. They are the same work. Fertility isn't a separate system that switches on when you decide you're ready - it's downstream of the same hormone regulation, blood sugar balance, nervous system state, and nutrient status. By the time someone is "trying," their hormones have...

The perfectionist pattern I see again and again Hi Reader Let me preface this email by saying that what I'm about to talk abiout is not about blame and its not about fault, it's about identifying patterns that may seem to be separate from health but are in fact affecting your hormones and fertility every single day. This is the pattern I've seen working with hundreds of client over the years: A lot of the women who come to me are high-achieving, type-A, used to solving problems through...
