Hi Reader,
I don't often share my personal story, but today I want to pull back the curtain and tell you about my own journey with PCOS. Because before I was helping others find freedom from their symptoms, I was fighting my own battle.
My PCOS Reality (Not So Long Ago)
It started in teenage years. I was doing "everything right" – eating salads, exercising regularly, getting good sleep. Yet my body seemed to have a mind of its own:
- My periods would disappear for months, then arrive without warning
- The weight kept creeping on despite my clean eating
- The hormonal acne made me want to hide
- The bloating was so bad I kept a "morning outfit" and "afternoon outfit"
- The mood swings and anxiety made me feel like I was losing myself
- The painful ovarian cysts that glued me to my couch
The worst part? Every doctor I saw just pushed birth control pills and said, "lose weight" – as if I hadn't been trying.
The Breaking Point
My wake-up call came when a doctor casually told me I might struggle to have children "when the time comes" – and suggested I "just deal with" my symptoms because "that's how PCOS works."
Something inside me refused to accept that this was just my lot in life.
The Turning Point
I became obsessed with figuring out my body. I spent thousands on specialists, tests, and programs. But none of them had the answer.
That's when I realized: if I wanted to heal, I had to figure it out completely on my own.
I became my own health detective, went to nutrition school, and started connecting dots that no one else was seeing. I tested countless protocols, documented every reaction, and slowly built my own healing framework from scratch. With no roadmap and no guide, I pieced together a system that finally worked when nothing else had.
My PCOS Reality Today
- I have predictable cycles every 28-30 days
- My skin is clear (no more emergency concealer in every purse!)
- The bloating that plagued me is gone
- My weight stabilized at a healthy point without constant struggle
- My energy is consistent throughout the day
- And yes, I will be able conceive naturally when I am ready
The difference isn't that I found some miracle cure. The difference is that I discovered the exact combination of daily habits, foods, supplements, and lifestyle factors that work specifically for PCOS bodies.
After healing myself, I couldn't keep this knowledge to myself. I started helping other women implement the same strategies, and watched in amazement as they experienced the same transformations I had.
What began as helping a few friends grew into working with hundreds of women who have now found freedom from their PCOS symptoms using my framework.
Here's the thing that still blows my mind:
What took me YEARS to figure out is now taking my clients just a FEW SHORT MONTHS to achieve.
I often think about how much suffering I could have avoided if I'd had a blueprint to follow. I wish someone had handed me a clear roadmap instead of leaving me to piece everything together on my own through years of expensive trial and error.
That's exactly why I created the PCOS Rx Program – to give you the blueprint I never had. To save you from the thousands of dollars, countless tears, and years of frustration I experienced trying to figure this out completely alone.
I am living proof that you DON'T have to "just live with" PCOS symptoms forever.
I don't struggle with irregular periods anymore. I don't battle with stubborn weight gain anymore. I don't hide my face because of embarrassing acne anymore. I don't deal with exhausting mood swings anymore.
Not because I'm special or lucky – but because I follow the exact plan I'm about to share with you.
The PCOS Rx Course isn't some theoretical program created by someone who studied PCOS in books. It's the actual, practical system I personally used to transform my health and now live completely symptom-free. The same system that's helped hundreds of my clients do the same, in a fraction of the time it took me.
I'd love to know – what part of your PCOS journey has been the most frustrating? Hit reply and let me know. I read every message personally.
Love, Maddie 💙
